Okay here's the deal. A guy here purchased a brand new JRSC for his 2000 Si and now some crap came up and he has to sell it. I am very interested in JRSC's because of 1) being a college student (budget) and 2) having to drive my car everyday. So question is will the Supercharger for the 99-00 Si fit into my del Sol without a hassle? I have a 94 del Sol VTEC with B16a3 engine. And also would it be wise to look into the upgrade kit that you can purchase along with the SC?

It should work fine.

In addition to the "kit", you should get an upgraded fuel pump (Walbro GSS-342). The J&S Ultra Safeguard is an nice investment. It's pricey, but worth it. If you don't wanna spend the money on the J&S, then get the JR Map controller. The Map controller should be part of the kit, but it isn't.

I would not recommend the upgrade kit right away. Get the thing running first and if you feel like you need more, you can get the upgrade kit and the associated precautionary items.

Sonny, thanks for the reply. I am glad to hear that! I was hoping that someone would actually help me out. I would really like to do this. I appreciate the part numbers and such.

I'm gonna have to research on this J&S Ultra Safeguard item because I will admit I am a forced induction novice, but want to learn much more. So I am gathering from what you said that the JR Map controller accomplishes the same goal, but just a little less expensive?
