JRSC people look here
I have a belt slippage problem. Could a few of you people post a pic of your tensioner bolt/bracket that shows the preload on the belt? Thanks in advance.

Why not just tighten the belt a bit until it stops slipping? I seriously suggest you replace your belts with Goodyear Gatorback belts. I have had NO belt slippage with mine, and they have a "lifetime" warranty, which means they would be the last belts you ever spend money on.

I'll make you a cog belt setup if you want. I've been looking for an excuse to make one for a B-series anyway. What's your setup?
