Default JRSC nose pulley rubs

Is there a spacer that goes between the charger and nose pulley that prevents the pulley from rubbing?

When I try to tighten down the nose bolt, the pulley hits the front of the charger and it creates too much resistance and it won't spin.

just walked to garage and looked at mine, pulley has the large nut on bak and then 1/4 gap to the charger unit. Maybe you have a bad bearing?

What keeps the 1/4" gap? When I put the pulley on, the large nut on the back hits the bearing.
