JRSC Need Help and Opinions.
ok heres the deal...i have an '05 Civic Si. here is my setup before i go any farther:
JRSC Race Kit
JR Race Header w/ Test Pipe
K-Pro
SRI
Exaust
before i put the S/C on i had the car on the dyno and put 141 whp down. after installing and uploading the map from k-manager, i took it back to the dyno a couple days after. car runs great, but my problem is i only put 180.7 whp down with the race kit. this kit is supposed to give an avg of about an 80 hp increase over stock. now i could live with only getting 205-210 hp. a good tune could get the rest. but im making the same hp that the street kit is supposed to make. ive checked and double-checked everything. im making 7-7.5 psi which is correct, there are no vacuum leaks, and the belt isnt slipping at all. my only other thought could be timing, but again, i should be making at least 200 whp regardless. if anyone has any thoughts on this i will entertain any ideas. thanks for the help.
