Default JRSC LS motor build question.

I have searched and it seems 99% of the JRSC topics are for vtec and lsvtec motors. I have a complete LS motor siting in my garage and want to build it for a JRSC. How much boost is possible with the ls kit? Plan on hondata S200. Any piston/rod suggestions?

the ls blower is the smaller m45 like the single cam so you acutally will not be able to make much power with out nitrous the most boost i would run would be 8-9lbs before looking in to there water injection or a lht unit for cooling and for power the highest i have seen on a ls with a jrsc is high 190's with out nitrous but it will be a fun car

Don't do it unless you can fit an M62 blower on it. The M45 is a waste of time. You'd be much better off with a small ball bearing turbo, and I'm a past owner of a supercharged setup.

or i can just go ls vtec, all i need is some more low end torque. I race autox and some of the smaller courses kill me, 2nd gear is useless below 4500 rpm. I plan on doing jdm itr final drive swapwhich will help some but will bump me from dsp to street mod class, so i might as well do something with this ls motor thats sitting in my garage since motor mods and swaps are legal in street mod class. Thanks for the info.
