Default JRSC D16Y8 questions

ok i searched and only found one thread and it didnt provide anything. so heres my question:

i have a 98 ex coupe and have been thinking about running a JRSC and a shot for my car. how low would i need to lower the compression to run pump gas? i was thinking low 8:1 compression should be pretty safe. also what internals do you recomend and a shop/site to order the internals and JRSC from. thanks.

You can run the JRSC with pump gas. I have been running the kit with 91octane for three years now on my d16y7.

you will be fine to run pump gas without lowering compression.

what about running a 75 to 100 shot at the same time? 91 is still safe with stock compression?

Talk to GITWIDIT on this board. He ran a JRSC on D16Z6 with 120 shot.

I was originally tuned on pump gas and 100shot with the JRSC@10psi, 9:1CR. I strongly reccomend Hondata nitrous controls

No need for the 3 bar or sleeves, just forged internals. I used NOS brand components on my last setup.
