Default jg 301 cams good for boosted cars?

I had a 1994 ls integra that had jg 301 cams in it, well I bent a valve in the motor and now I have a staight b20 I was wondering first off will these cams go into a b20 and secondly will it even make a difference in the performance of the car? Ive been told by some friends that they would work great and some say to leave it stock. so I am looking for some opinions and maybe for someone who has had them. Keep in mind that I am only boosting 6 pounds on a stock block.

put them in...if you dont like them take them out ls motors respond better to cams than vtec motors with turbo so it's worth a try...
