Default Jackson racing SuperCharger on a B17a

Okay i am going to purchase a JSRC for my gen 2 integra GS-R but i was wondering since they don't make one if i can just use a B16a2 off the si engine. Since our engines are similar would their be any custom work done or not because i would prefer a direct bolt on??

i dont think it should not be a problem using the 1 for the b16a.......they have the same heads. the block is pretty much the same. the block might be a couple mm longer.

I once heard there wasn't enough room for the SC between the engine and the firewall in a G2...

Firewall room is an issue. You will need to do some fabrication to the unit and the firewall. I was very close to doing that setup in my '92, but found that the troubles are just not worth it.

Very true! There isn't enough room between the engine and the firewall. I've checked into it, because that was my original plan for my car. If you want to boost it, you should look into a turbo setup.

Go to www.g2ic.com. There is alot of info there. I know for a fact that there is a guy who Vortech supercharged his G2 but as far as the Jackson unit goes I'm unsure. Check it out maybe it will answer your question.
