Default ITR valve train vs aftermarket?

I have recently finished purchasing all my parts for my turbo build finally, but nothing for the head. would it be necessary for a set of springs, retainers, valves, and valve guides, or should i stick with stock ITR. my hp goal is anywhere between 350 and 400 whp. any advice would be great on this or anything else. thanks

how high do you plan on revving it? stock retainers tend to crack on higher revving motors from what i hear, i would upgrade its called insurance lol i just put supertech spring and ti retainers in mine and have revved to 9500 with no issues yet

i just looked at it this way, you investing all this money in the motor right? dont go cheap, upgrade everything that usually goes wrong...
