Default ITR with a JRSC. Which exhaust.

I run a 97 ITR with a JRSC. I am looking at buying a full cat-back exhaust. What are some suggestions? I was looking at the 3 inch thermal, but it takes alot of mods. Is the 3 inch really neccessary? What other cat back systems have large diameter piping. Thanks.

I would say run the thermal if your considering more than 6psi but if your only gonna run 6psi I would say going with a 2.5 exhaust would be fine. Just my Two Cents. Good luck

2.5" is fine. I know people have upgraded to 3" when they run like 10psi but I dont see any proof as to why that would be necessary... superchargers arent like turbos and still rely on the scavenging effect to remove exhaust most efficiently. I feel 3" is too big for a JRSC. 2.5"
