Default ITR catback w/test pipe - better than stock right?

I have a greddy SOHC turbo EX coupe, with the stock 2" greddy downpipe, stock cat, and stock exhaust. it SUCKS! I am on a budget and I want a nice quiet cat-back for no more than 8 psi (~180whp). I was thinking of going with the ITR cat-back exhaust, and a 2.25" test pipe. Do you think that the diff. from 1 7/8" cat-back to 2.3" cat back will make a diff? The whole setup shouldn't cost more than 250 or so.

I think it would be work better then what you have now. It would still be super quiet too.

That will fit?

But yeah, like others said, look around online... if you can't find anything cheap, then go for it. A no-name exhaust is fine as long as it's got the right diameter, a resonator or two, and a decent muffler. It's just piping, afterall.
