Interest in a 3.5" SS bolt on exhaust for Honda's?
Is there much interest for a 3.5" bolt on exhaust for different honda applications? This would obviously be designed for a turbo honda. Just wanting to get a feel of what you guys would like. Thanks

500-700 depending on options. Basic 3.5" SS construction with 3 bolt ss flanges and either a straight thru muffler or oval es. Resonator optional.
Plan for models...
92-95 hatch
96-00 hatch
88-91 crx

I think if you make them for the 96-00 hatch they will sell for any price. We have to make custom 3" ones for the EKs will build. Biggest out there is 2.5" thermal I have found.

hrmm...so no one makes a 3" exhaust for the 96-00 hatches? thats interesting.
If i can't find an oval es muffler in 3.5"...what would you guys like to see as an alternative to that?

Re: (TurboPieces5280)
For the EKs it's tricky building the exhaust to go over the axle and still have room for a muffler. I think if you make a 3" that fits right you 've got the EK market.
As for Integras, I would go to straight 4" , You can get mufflers and piping easier and people love that 4".

Here's the deal so far...
I have to have a car to fabricate the initial exhaust for which all JIGS after that will rely on. Currently I have access to a Ek and a 91 crx. My current plans are fabricate the JIG for those two cars and then bring it to my "manufacturer" so that I can begin production.
4" exhaust is definitely in the mix.
Also, would you guys be partial to 3 bolt flanges, or would you like to see v-band options, and spring/tab combo's?
Thanks again!
-Eric
I wont forget about ALL of the many honda's out there. I figured id hit the models which are most popular in SFWD and move from there.

On a 4'' exhaust V-Bands would be awesome and WAY easier to work with and most likely seal better!

3.5" w/ v-band flanges and a magnaflow 3.5" oval would get my vote...or a JDM N-1 slanted look (but that may sacrifice ground clearance)
