Default Integra ls turbo heat wrap?

I wrapped my down pipe Lars night with that heat wrap ****. Today I got about a 6 mile drive to work. Once I got to work it smelled straight up like something was burning. There was no smoke but smelled like burn in my car bad. I popped the hood and all looked fine. Not really the smell either. The smell was all in my car mostly. Do the heat wrap smell like that at first or do I have bigger problem????

You should have spent money on quality wrap. That is what the cheap stuff does...

nice post bro.

It will smell for a week or so. I have DEI wrap on my manifold, downpipe and dumptube. I also have a turbo blanket, and it all smells very weird the first week. Mine would smoke quite a bit. But it will be fine soon, give it some time

Get ready for fibers to collect on everything in your engine bay too

The titanium wrap doesn't do what you are saying, although it glitters the engine bay a lot worse. The standard firberglass wrap is a thing of the past.
