Now I have a starion IC, and I got my new Spearco 26x6x3 FMIC in the mail today and am going to install it later. Can I expect any changes??? Thanks in advance

Since your old one was pretty small i bet it got heatsoaked during hot days. Your car was probably less peppier.

With a larger intercooler it wont be as bad and when you are cruising at night it should be even better.

i think that the starion ic was good enough for your setup because your not pushing mad power out. But at least it looks better and flows a little better.

it may reduce boost response a little because there is more air volume that needs to be pressurized before it gets into the head.

Or you might not be able to tell. I went from 4 feet of charge piping w/ no IC to a 26x6x2.25" front mount with 6 feet of pipe. I turned up the boost 2 psi when i put the IC on and did not mind the slight lag at all. Do you expect you'll be able to turn the boost up?
