Default Installing Drag gen 3 Turbo on an LS tomorrow - Any learning experiences I could avoid?

Like the topic says, I am installing a drag gen 3 turbo kit on an LS tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone had some "Learning Experiences" on installing this kit.

Thanks!

Edit - Not just "avoid" experinces - anything that you found would have helped the install out.

Cheers!

Bring a hammer and a "swear jar" cause you're gonna use both.

swear jar...lol

Not to sound like a dad or anything, but just be sure to concentrate and take your time(I mean..dont be as slow as molasses or anything), just dont rush yourself, you will end up doing something stupid that could give you a 2 or 3 hour detour. Just make sure you got some good tools and know your vaccuums. Oh yeah, dont boost a lot on stock injectors..blah blah. You know the rest..

Good luck..

do yourself a favor and replace the oil return kit. Or get used to seeing oil drips on a daily basis.

What is your recommendation?

I think Viren on the board sells a stainless steel kit, which is what you want. But the only problem with it is the price will be around $100. I went to a website and pieced it together using earls parts and it came out to like $92. I would definatly reccomend getting stainless fittings and a stainless line, as the cheap fittings and rubber hose drag supplies as an oil return kit is a joke.

Be sure to have a drill or heavy-duty grinder to notch the webbing on the block. That is what took me the most time. Have extra vaccum hoses handy.

On a separate note, I have had the standard Drag oil return line on my car for six months with no leaks or drips. (again if you take your time, it is worth it.) I do reccomend upgrading to the stainless line and some decent fittings for it though.

I found that if you put everything together loosley at first to find out where it all goes it helps. (such as clocking the turbo)
