Installed dual 044's, FPR, & AN lines: Won't hold pressure.
I installed dual Bosch 044's, Weldon filters pre and post pumps, Aeromotive rail mounted FPR, -8AN feed/-6AN return lines, yadda yadda...
When I primed the pumps to check for leaks, pressure rose and held while the pumps were running or engine cranking, but would bleed down after about 4 or 5 seconds after turning the key off.
Aeromotive says this about their regulators: "The enclosed fuel pressure regulator may not hold significant fuel pressure after the fuel pump stops running."
Is this normal for anyone else? I have checked for leaks and cannot find any. Just need some reassurance that this is normal for this type of fuel setup before I start troubleshooting.

It's normal.
Aftermarket regulators (and most oem) require a certain minimum fuel VOLUME to maintain rail pressure, so when you turn the car off there's no more fuel volume so the pressure will bleed down either through the regulator or back through the pump.

yup. typically it bleeds back through the pump, especially in the case of the bosch 44's
