Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!!
After talking it over with Inline Pro, here is the groupbuy on their turbo manifold.
The main requirement is that we need 15 buyers. Without 15 buyers, this groupbuy will NOT happen.
Information on the turbo manifold:
- Cast Stainless Steel
- Great Wastegate positioning
- T3 flange
- perfect clearance for oil dip stick
- available in natural cast (polished is no longer available)
Anyone who has this manifold will tell you it is quality. I have one myself and the design is beautiful.
Inline Pro has authorized this groupbuy, but they are not running it. Please do not call them and ask them to join the groupbuy. Anyone who has questions, please email me at lev01@comcast.net.
Price: $500 SHIPPED! (only when 15+ buyers)
This Groupbuy ends MAY 3, 2002
Payment: Money order, Paypal (add 3%), Personal Check, Cashiers Check
All orders will be held till the end of the groupbuy. Once 15 buyers are CONFIRMED, the order will be placed. Inline Pro expects a shipment of more than enough manifolds at the end of April.
Again..
- 15 buyers
- $500 Shipped
- ends May 3rd
Thanks

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (integra7)
Does the turbo mount the same way as it does with the rev-hard manifold?? If so, I'm in completely. I would rather go to inlinepro to pay for it and pick it up. Reason being my manifold just cracked.

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (Boosted Ego)
I think alot of people, like myself, have alot of questions.
1) Since it looks very much like a rev-hard, but better, will the downpipe off a Rev-hard fit?

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (Arturbo)
Currently, the manifold works with a t3 flange, and a 35mm wastegate.
As far as fit goes, as with most other manifolds, this one will probably NOT bolt onto drag and rev hard kits. You will most likely have to modify your downpipe, but that is the perfect time to upgrade to a 3" downpipe! You won't have problems with boost spikes.
40mm wastegate flange, I will see what they can do about that on monday...

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (On Point EK)
for all:
1. the inline manifold sits almost the same as the rev hard. its slightly(about 2mm) angled so that you do not have to notch the engine block for the turbo to fit properly. with a little elbow grease, a downpipe previously made for a rev hard manifold should fit. a downpipe previously made for the drag manifold will not fit.
2. the flange for the wastegate it 35mm. the flange for the new t4 manifold will also be 35mm. the plunger inside the 40mm tial wastegate is 40mm however both the inlet and the outlet is only 35mm. go figure. so, the 40mm isn't much worth it in all reality. also, last year the inline track car utilized a t3 manifold, a t4 adapter, and a 35mm wastegate. this netted around 500 hsp and went 9.60's in a 1950lb car(including driver).
3. there will be a t4 manifold in about a month.
4. 99% chance there will not be a h series manifold.

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (vbphreak)
I may be interested. Can I retain AC and not have to notch the block? If the answers to both questions are yes, then I will most likely be in for sure. That looks like a quality manifold.

Re: Inline Pro Turbo Manifold GROUPBUY!! (01ITR#700)
First, thank you Karl and David for providing information about the manifold. I've been kind of busy.
With this manifold, you will not have to cut the webbing of the block. Also there is NO problem clearing A/C lines.
D-series and H-series manifold are not available. Maybe in the future if demand calls for it. But currently, they are NOT available.
Currently, ONLY the B-series manifold is available.
As Karl said before, those of you that are using the revhard manifold can make the downpipe work with this manifold. But those who are using the drag3 manifold, will need to modify your downpipe.
Those who would like to use a 40mm wastegate, one option would be to make a wastegate elbow and at the same time convert the flange to a 40mm flange. I hope you know what I mean.
Right now, obviously no one has paid considering I posted this on Saturday. But there are 6-7 people interested.
Thanks
