inline pro head gasket users
how long have you guys run stock internals on them? how much boost? block gaurd? I might get stuck not sleeving this winter so I would like to wait till the end of next summer to pull the motor apart....I will have a hondata by the way.
ps- did any of you guys compression check your cars? what should the numbers be with the head gasket and block gaurd |

Re: inline pro head gasket users (redintegra_18)
i run one, didn't really get a chance to push it too far as my injectors were maxing out, made 307whp@14psi with a very conservative tune and 11.8 a/f..shooting for 400whp in the spring.

Re: inline pro head gasket users (Mpir3)
no numbers here...but
we built a 2001 ITR and put an Fmax headgasket on it... (same idea) he was running 10 psi on a rev hard stage 2 kit, thermal 3 inch exhaust.. it never had any problems. i belive he ran a 12.8 on street tires. |
Re: inline pro head gasket users (2.2Lcivic)
I know the car will run great power wise but how long will it hold up. I have plenty of injector(945cc) I am just worried about reliablity on stock internals

Re: inline pro head gasket users (99blackcivicSi)
I have had one since april and no probs so far. the reason I started this thread was to hear reply's like the one above. thanks guys and keep em coming.
Pretty much what all you guys are saying is that as long as the compression is good and I do preventitive maintanance I should be OK for one more summer? |
