Injectors and Duty Cycle Question, Tuning Issue?
Here's my dilemma:
Background
My setup will be a SC50 turbo(?), RS Sleeves, inline pro manifold, tial 38mm @ .8 bar, Arias Pistons @9.3:1 CR @ 83mm and Crower Rods. Exhaust is 3"/downpipe/high flow cat. (on a B16A2 Block). Fuel system is Hondata 2b w/ 3 bar MAP
Question
I dont know what injectors to go with. I was thinking 550's for around town, because I hope to make atleast 300+ whp, but when I go to the track I want to bump it up. Now around 325-350 per say the 550's would be at a high duty cycle. If I wanted to go nuts and say boost close to 400 whp I think the injectors will be @ 100% duty cycle and most likely not delivering the fuel i need to support that power. So are 660's or 720's what Im looking at?
Is it hard to idle 660's or 720's, what is the target duty cycle that I should be looking for so I dont have any problems.
Thanks
- Fred

get the 720's for sure. many people on this board run those or larger with great results. i bought 550's and im now selling to buy larger. take my advice so you dont have to but injectors twice

Get 880cc injectors. You have about the same goals as I do and I will be using 880cc injectors. Your tuner should be able to make your car idle like a Honda.

Get yourself 720cc injectors. You can get them to idle like stock, it's not hard at all.
The lower the duty cycle, the better. There is no target duty cycle to shoot for.

i found the best place for cheap but good injectors is camp1320.com
i got mine from there they are pretty nice. They are stainless steel internals so if you are considering water injection..you have a start

hey fred i can't wait to see this setup complete. hondata+tuning should be able to idle those 720s fine.
