Read the hondata tech section on open loop.

If you have a PR3 or PWO ecu, a Hondata stage 2 can be calibrated for these injectors.

Forget electronic controls - just drop the idle fuel pressure with an adjustable regulator or drill a little relief hole in the stock FPR. A Hondata would make up nearly half your budget from what I understand. Seriously to get the most tuning for your $$ I think a good adjustable FPR would be your best bet.

Between the B&M and the relief hole you should be able to adequately drop your idle FP and keep your full-throttle FP high enough to take advantage of the injectors. If that doesn't pan out, consider pulling out the stock FPR completely and replace it with a Cartech 20005 or Vortech SFMU which has fully adjustable starting FP and rise rate.

Good luck!
