Default injector driver problem.. my woes never cease to exist

ok well im driving down the road in my rhd del sol .. and it just dies so i pop the hood and the stock o2 sensor was melted to the DP and it was smoking rther back on the harness... so i push it home i was like a block away..
well i get it fixed up so i thought and its not getting fuel so i rewire all the injectors independently to the ecu..

1000cc precisions with dsm resistor box..

it cranks but #3 isnt pulsing..

so i check the wire at the ecu A5 and i ground it with a noid light and yah it clicks so i know i have power and the wiring is good now..

but it still wont pulse from the ecu..

btw its p28 with hondata s300

so i jump it to the #1 cylinder injector and the car rund good WHILE injector error is disabled.

so im like ok the driver is [freak]ed so i search and i get a old obd1 nonvtec auto ecu i have laying around and i desolder the STA 413A and put it into my P28 thinking that this is the injector driver .. well same thing it works good when jumped ,but like *** wired correctly..

so does anyone know if there is more to the injector drivers than that one chip..

because im broke at the moment ..
and i cant afford another p28..

im scared to run the car with the inector jumped i know its the closest to the right fire order, but im sure the timing of the fuel delivery is gonna be off a bit and that could mean detonation in a turbo car??

ANY INFO AT ALL would be helpful thanks

The S300 cant make your ECU do that...its the ECU, you need another

i went over the solder points on qm1 and qm2 on the ecu that i replaced and it works now so for those who need to know if they burn out find an aol shitty ecu and steal them from it its alot cheaper!
