Default Injector Dilemma- 750cc biggest sat. inj. u can get?

I buying new injectros for my build and i was recommended saturated injectors, its a street car. I looked for injectors and the biggect sat. injectros can find are 750cc, i was hoping to 800cc or 880cc but they only have them in peak.hold...

Are 750cc sat inj. the biggest saturated injectors made? What is the power ceiling on 750cc sat?

If i wanted to go bigged would i have to switch to peak and hold?

750s are the largest you can get and they are made by rc all other companys pretty much stop making them at 550cc or so

Cool, i was wondering this too.
Also anyone know what 350hp or less will require?
I was gonna get 750's also.

i would say 550cc would be good for 350whp, im guessing tho

whats the big diff between saturated and peak and hold? what makes saturated preferable?

There is a thread going already about the p&h and the Sat. differances.

You should just grab a set of 550s, most places have the same prices for 310s-550s. (RC) They will support ~400hp

I like the RC 750s. I have made great power with great drivability in several cars with these squirters

i thought u had to run the box for the 750's too? I already have a box wired in from my dsms, would i have to remove it to run the saturated?

confused

saturated = dont use a resistor box
peak and hold = you need to use a resistor box

if you already have the resistor box wired in then just get peak and hold injectors.

ok so functionality wise there is little to no difference? im mainly concerned with driveability/streetability issues as these will be in my daily driver

Saturated = High OHM Injectors
Peak and Hold = Low OHM Injectors

RC Engineering actually makes a 1000CC Saturated Injector for Honda Engines, however they are considered special order, which is why most people dont run them past a 750cc sizing.

There not cheap, but with RC you pay for what you get. I personally say if your going to need a injector that big, go with the Precision 1000's and just run the resistor box. Thats what 95% of the big boys here on Honda-Tech are doing on there setups.

Hope this info helps you on your decision.

good info

so since i already have a resistor box installed from my previous injectors (dsm 450s) the peak and hold will be plug and play

you NOOB Precision 780s are what i run, and alot of other people run too. still leaves you lots of room to grow and wll support you to 500+ WHP. thats my recommendation.

actually if you already have a resistor box wired in you can use either peak and hold or saturated. Get the saturated, they are cheaper and will work fine. Not to mention if you move up later they will be easier to sell

750's are the biggest sat injectors that i know of. after that you need to go to p-h.

i think you are a little confused, if he has a resistor box already wired in he can't run saturated injectors they operate at different voltages. And the 750 saturated injectors are gunna be more expensive than a 750cc peak and hold

Just because you're successfully doing something idiotic doesn't mean you should reccomend it to other people.
