i'm running tdo5h laser 1 gen in my zc dohc crx 90. booost around 9.5 psi in my stock injectors. I'm trying to put a injectors 450 from 1 gen dsm i already order the boost tight seal from zdyne for $50.00 today and i got a msd EFP in line. i have fuel control B&M. Do you think this set up would work for my turbo engine? And any idea what the best fuel preasure idle? thank's

Should work fine. I run a similar setup (D16 VTEC, TD04-15G turbo, RC 440's) and it works fine

no way, 450cc injectors with a B&M FP regulator?

I ran 1g DSM AUTO injectors that flow at 380cc's @20psi at idle and that was way to rich, fouls plugs all the time too.

You can buy the boost seals from Zdyne, or just make them yourself, get your stock seals and grind them out just a bit until they fit tight. I have used DSM injectors in my Motors for a few years..

I had DSM 450s in my B16a for a few days just to test them out (I'll be using them in my turbo setup). With a Vafc and air/fuel meter, i was able to get them running fine after a hour of tuning.
It was between 25-40% leaned out across the board.

what do you have the first one or second gen dsm injectors?
I got first gen dsm 450. I just put it today it turn out good idle 16psi fuel regulator top out 22psi fuel. little rich still and i'm still running 9.5psi boost on my zc dohc. Only one thing eat to much gas. i'm happy.
