Definitely no. Unsung EM1's turbocharged civic went for just over 12k I beleive. Talk to him about what he thinks is a decent price.

Way overpriced. Plus, I would personally never buy a civic that is already turbocharged. You don't know how the person has treated it, what the internals are like, etc.

I would if the price was right. I learned my first time around. You dump way to much money into a civic doing it from scratch. Just buy someone elses project cheap that needs cash then finish the car to your likings. As long as most of the expensive stuff is out of the way motor turbo and so on it is a lot cheaper then buying everything from scratch. Plus when our cars get stolen as much as they do it is just not worth it to dump all that time and money into a project just so someone can steal it for you.

And to answer your question 16 K is way to much money for it.

People are crazy these days!!!! My friends' cousin just bought a 00 fbp civic si with 32k miles for $13,700.....I really don't know what he was thinking but after experience I wouldn't buy a turbocharged honda period....unless the price was right....About a year ago I bought my civic si that had a rev-hard kit on it for $10.5k After boosting for six months the rings started to give up..... I guess it was a good thing that I sold the turbo kit on it for $1800.....
