Default I'm confused...can anyone please heLp..

Well...I've been thinking about this and doing research for months now..I want to make sure everything I plan will go perfect....I have a D16Y7..and u know what that means..slow...and I'm going turbo this month cause I figured out exactly what I needed to make this work perfectly....I've thought about custom...and a lot of people know that it can run under $1000 complete if you know what ur doing..and I've done my calculations...and my plans run a little over $1000...Plans are to get a TD04H or T25..Custom manifold..all piping and down piping...eclipse side mount intercooler..use Greddy BOV, Vortech 12:1 FMU and all the etc.'s...(oil lines...vacuum hoses..clamps..etc)....I'm runing this on stock internals and will only be boosting 6pSi..I'm not looking for major power...just a little more and I figured this would be the bang for the buck..I've done my shoping..and I've done my research..so I know what I'm doing..plus Ill be getting help from some of my friends...but the thing I'm CONFUSED about is the pricing for a NEW GReddy turbo kit..I know those dont come with I/C's or BOV's...and I know the kit will be fine on stock internals and ignition..but I hear a lot about the price..everyone is saying that its $1300 brand new...(I kinda dont believe it)..and some say its way more than that..can it be true?..keep in mind that D-series Greddy kits wont include injectors....so thats like a couple hundred off...any help would greatly be appreciated..I'm confused..

If you can find a NEW Greddy kit for $1300.00, buy it on the spot. Otherwise expect to pay about $1600.00. We have them in stock if you need one.

Best price fot the SOHC Greddy kit I have seen is from Titan Motorsports. $1500 and last I checked, free shipping to te lower 48 states. I have the kit on my D16Y8 and am very pleased with it. I also have the eclipse side mount intercooler. Let me know if you have any questions.

Theres a company that's been selling anything GReddy for 28% off list. Its AIE, you can find them on http://www.groupbuycenter.com or at their site: http://www.aieonline.com

Anyway, their price comes to $1436.40 + shipping. Thats gunna be about the cheapest you'll find it.

But then again, $1500 plus free shipping is just as good.

Yeah, GBC has good prices, so I don't know, but the free shipping might make that deal worth it.

I'm not making it...I was either thinking about buying a used manifold that will bolt up to the turbo that I want or just get an HF header..and go to a machine shop and make an adapter plate..I found out some info on this at homemadeturbo.com
