So for fuel add ons all that would be need is a adjustable FPR and a Fuel Pressure Gauge with hondata, Correct?

No check valves or missing links. You want the Hondata to read manifold pressure acurately.
Use bigger injectors, 255lph in-tank fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and a GM 3 bar map sensor.
