I'm in the works of planning a turbo setup for my 89 Acura Integra LS (D16A1 w/ 5-spd) for the upcoming summer. It's a new engine & tranny that I just installed in 9/03 with 53K on it. Compression test came out good and runs great. I just replaced the head gasket a week ago. I currently have the following installed:

JDM ZC Headers
Custom 3" CAI
3" Dual tip muffler

I'm trying to get my hands on a set of JDM ZC DOHC camshafts to install. I want to boost to a safe amount without having to replace any internal engine components such as pistons or rod arms. I just don't have that time/knowledge or money right now. I'd be happy with a small boost from 5-8 psi. I currently have a Mitsu 14b newly rebuilt but would like something like a T25 or T3 because I've heard good things about them and can source them used. That I know of I need the following:

turbo (T25 or T3)
turbo manifold (built or fabricated)
BOV
downpipe (custom)
intercooler (size)
intake piping (what size?)
charge pipe
injectors (size?)

Is that all or do I need something more? What would you guys recommend? I'd rather go turbo for the power and sound versus N20. I've heard my engine might handle it even though I'd stick to a 35 or 55 shot.

there will be some little nick nack stuff on the way like oil lines, vaccum lines, fittings, hose clamps...but you have the basic idea...
