Not sure where to post this... My friend is putting ID 1000s in his 98 b18. What lower o rings/ injector seals do we need? It's a sloppy fit as is... Thanks

So there is a seal in there now. I suppose it's not really an o ring.. But they are loose on the 1000s. What's the PN for the ones u use. Maybe try are just worn/ streched??

I know some people who use 1/2 copper tube to space out the id's to keep the o-ring/seal in place. sometimes the injector will slide down on the intake mani seal or it will be loose like yours is

I don't know the part number but there are two factory lower seals one is roughly 1/8" think and the other is closer to a 1/4". I have a set of the thinker ones and it seals fine. I do have a gsr with the skunk2 manifold too btw.

I got the engine from an importer its a jdm b18c from a 97 gsr. I tried to buy more once from a 2000 civic si they were the small ones. Maybe its the gsr's that have the larger one.

The obd1 b series seals are thicker if I'm not mistaken. I used a concave washer on top of seal. I had came across a thread where people were having seal issues with high boost levels and the washer solved the issue.
