Why dont you go to your car and take your own measurements. IC piping will be different on every car depending on you IC and manifold placement/configuration.

thanks boostedB16 I really appreciate that help. I was going with an intercooler piping kit from ebay if I couldnt get any answers from here. Did you have to modify any pipes and if so what did you do?

I got it in mild though since i am cheap, with a couple feet of straight you will have more than enough to build a kit

I made the intercooler tubing on my car with 2 U-bends, 2 90-degree bends, and 2 45-degree bends on a EJ Civic. It'll probably be a little different though as I don't think you have as much room in the front to work with on the driver's side on the CRX. I've seen a lot of setups where the turbo outlet points up and theres a quick 90-degree bend and then the tubing goes down behind the headlight.
As fas as a downpipe goes, a u-bend and a little bit of straight section should be enough. For an exhaust, check and see if Kteller has any pre-bent kits that are ready to weld or bolt up. He has pretty reasonable prices on stuff.
Stainless or aluminum is a personal preference issue most times. If I had to do mine again I'd most likely go with aluminum though.

that was the answer I was looking for. So now I dont have to spend an ungodly amount on piping. Yea I think I did see an pre bent exhaust kit on Kteller thanks

your going to have to do some cutting to get the the sizes you want and bends . you intercooler is whats going to determan how long your pipes are going to to be. get yourself a few and couplers t-bolt clamps. your kit will have to be custom,so what ever route you take is up too you. i got my coupler from vibrant performance. my t bolts i got form ebay. i also picked up so more piping from vibrant to.

Try to steer clear from stainless or mild steel. Aluminum is a much better choice cause of heat dissipation. Stainless or mild steel will hold the heat in and will take longer to cool down. Also powder coated piping will hold the heat in as well. Mine ic currently out of scrap exhaust piping that I got. Their is a place by me that offers "mistake bends" that really didn't meet their criteria. This summer I am going to re-do all of my piping with aluminum. But stainless and mild steel are a lot easier to work with. Just my two cents
