Default I think my turbo is dead...yes..no?

So I was driving my car pretty hard last night and all of a sudden, while I was going up hill, the turbo just stopped boosting. Its just making a whiny sound, but the bov still lets out a little air. Ive checked all pipe connections and everything seems to be intact, its a t25 Btw and I have an internal gate which is only a few months old. I dont think my seals are bad, because I havent noticed any oil dripping from my downpipe or smoke from the tailpipe. What do you guys think? Dead turbo?

Why don't you check it?

Check to see if the blades are still there, and if it has any shaft play.

I only had a chance to check the compressor blades today, and they seem fine with very little shaft play. No idea whats up

To me, it just sounds like a large boost leak.

Yup. But if you say it's not then I'd look to your boost controller maybe?
