Default I think I damaged my fully built motor?

We'll I was punching it to show a friend and after I let off the gas I begin to hear a boggleing noise. I have tons of white smoke coming out the exhaust and breather filter. So I pull the plugs and #3 had oil on it while half the tip was gone on #1. #2 & #4 were fine. I drove home with my blinkers on. My oil pressure never went higher than 50psi and no loewr than 30psi. I am hopeing it is just piston rings. Hopefully nothing happened to the JE pistons or the cylinder walls. Please give me some info on what you guys might think it is!
Thank's!

if you lost your spark plug tip, you detonated pretty bad. A blown head gaskets not gonna put oil on the plugs. Do a leakdown and that will tell you exactly whats wrong. My guess is a melting of a piston......Mike

When I first blew my stock motor i had oil on my #3 plug. I am hopeing it is just the rings. Although the #1 plug really suprised me. After I replaced the #1 plug with a new one I cautiously drove home and checked them again and all were fine except #3 had oil on it. I am really hopeing for it to be a head gasket or rings. If the cylinder wall is damaged I will be so pissed at myself! But yeah as soon as my cousin comes with the trailer we will do a compression test.

So what nobody thinks it's the rings. I also notice I have oil coming out my breather filter leaking onto my fuel rail!

sorry, but i really don't think it's the headgasket. my bet is that it's your rings and/or pistons. let us know.

check your radiator fluid, if it is by some chance the head gasket ( which i doubt it is) then usually oil leaks into the radiator fluid.

maybe, head gasket or you detonated which would cause your plug to be like that, do leak down test and comp test see what happends then go from there.

sorry bro

what was your readings, straight numbers across the board, how bout a leak down test. check around where the block meets the cyl head, look for oil creepin out. Also if the car is cool, start up the car without the radiator cap on check to see if it bubbles up, always try second opinions on it before tearing it apart. could possibly be your rings. You had smoke comin out, if it was white, possibly rings, take off turbo piping to see if a lot of oil is in there, had this prob before and a lot of smoke, WAS the turbo seal and valve seals. Does it IDLE iradic. IM me synergyx004 and synergy004 if your on.

lates
good luck

I really doubt the JE's melted, but anything can happen.

It's most likely the ring's.

Yup, sounds like detonation killed a ring or even a ring land. You have a serious problem which needs to be addressed before you assemble that engine again. Detonation severe enough to kill plug tips is the worst kind.

I think it detonated and broke the tip of the spark plug off. Also in the process of the severe detonation you broke a ring land on the piston which in turn cracked the ring. usually the ring doesnt break just by itself. It has been my experience that the ring land breaks first then the ring breaks.
