Im going to retorque my headstuds today and i get all the cam caps off and ready to lift off the cams/w gears and those ***** are stuck in there and i can't pull them out.

am i missing somthing here or should they pop right out? helms didn't mention anything about this.

if anyone got any tips/ideas i'd appreciate it... im going back to figure somthing out, will check back.

nevermind i got it... that sucker is in there tight.. needed to pry a bit with flathead with some force.
