i NEED HELP....95 ls w/ t3/t4 turbo.. which oil is better synthetic or nonsynthetic??

Default i NEED HELP....95 ls w/ t3/t4 turbo.. which oil is better synthetic or nonsynthetic??

wuts up guys.. aight i got a 92 civic with a 95 integra ls motor non v-tech swap... with a t3/t4 turbo.. i have a friend who says to use 10w40 and my other friend says u should use synthetic oils... what kind of oil is best for my set up ??? and why is synthetic better than non synthetic oil???

i always liked to run castrol gtx 10/30. its cheap, and **** if your changing the oil every 2500-3000 miles(cause its black as **** by than) why waste 40 bucks on an oil change when you could do it for 20.


the race car however uses royal purple racing 41(synthetic). supposedly it doesnt get contaminated so quickly from the alcohol.
