Default I need 3 inch ic piping for a h22 in a 94 hatch.

Hey guys just finishing up and i need 3 inch pipe kit preferrably aluminum, the intercooler will be 30.5 end to end, i also prefer the pipe to be bead rolled on the ends too. This is a h22 into a 94 hatch. Dont have to be perfect i can modify a little if i have to.

Does anyone know who sells a kit like this?

3 inch is probably tooooo big for your application bro, plus if it is bead rolled on the ends, how much room for modification can make????

He's built a 660 WHP hatch, I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing. Probably running a turbo with a 3" discharge like a T66, T71, etc.

I think 3/4" pipe should be good for 700hp=] I think your best bet is to buy u-bends and do it yourself. If you cant weld it would be cheep for a shop to weld up a few peices and bead the ends. But I think an aluminum b.o.v. flange might be hard to find unless its already on your intercooler. I know tial makes them though.

like i was sayin the shop doing my set up is using steel... i wanted alum. but o well... i think they are doing 2.5 from intercooler up to 3in in by the charge pipe... 3in downpipe & exhaust w/ cut out also. thats why i asked if that was a good idea. and if theres any pros or cons to goin from 2.5 to 3
