I get a quick "pop" backfire when i shift gears sometimes...
My car is street tuned and running abit rich, I'm trying to solve this quick pop sound I get when I shift like a granny. If I shift fast most of the time it'll stop it, but when I casually shift I get this annoying "pop".
I run 94 gas everytime, 3" turbo back exhaust running 1 bar of boost... I've had this for a year now, 40,xxx km on it, stills runs mint...
should I get this retuned or something? Is there any way for me to get rid of it?

You answered your own question really.
Is it excessively rich? Do you know what the a/f ratio is? Since you mention it is 'street tuned', I would go get it dyno tuned. What are you using for engine management?
Heck, I had an N/A Integra that used to toss small fireballs as well as pop. And I loved it! haha

pretty normal imo. I see it all the time on cars running large exhausts or open dowpipe.

I also get pops once in awhile between shifts on my mostly stock NA B16, I like it.

When its any richer than ~14.7, that means there is RAW gasoline in the exhaust - the pop is the gasoline getting to some oxygen & re-igniting. Many cars do this because its better than a lean condition when you let up. However, with the right tuning (tip-out corrections & proper partial-throttle tune), it will not become overly rich when you let off. None of the cars I'.ve dealt with popped, except my beater EF (2 minute tune & muffler fell off)
Race cars will do this mainly because they have free-flowing exhaust that sucks the exhaust out so well, and because they won't run such advanced timing for high-rpm/low load. This means partial combustion, resulting in inefficient burn, and - fireballs.
