I dropped my injector on the ground.
So i was getting ready to install my DSM 450's, and one of them fell out of my hand. It fell probably 3 feet to a cement garage floor, it landed on its side. Nothing is visibly broken. Do you guys think i should try and find an extra one or what? How will i know if it is messed up?

Yeah, i'm pretty sure it will be to, but how will i know if it is damaged once i get the car going? I don't want to lean out on that cylinder and blow it up on the dyno.

You're lucky, that's the best place for it to fall. Once I dropped a DSM on the ground and the pintle cap shattered. That sucked. You'll be fine.

Well you could always throw a 9 volt battery on it and make sure it still clicks open.
Otherwise, just roll with it. If it's not working, you will show 25% lean from that cyl not getting fuel no?
Seriously man, these things are not made of porcelin and with the heat and abuse they are subjected to on a daily basis, there is no way a 4 foot fall on something weighing in at 8 oz's damaged it.

Re: (N20civicB18)
You will know if it works or not...when u start the car...it will be obvious if you are running off 3 cylinders...also u can do the injector test to see if any fuel is coming out...pull the fuel rail off with the fuel injectors on of course...stick that one injector in a coke bottle or sumthing similar.. unclip it from the harness and take two wires and pin it off to negative and positive to the battery...yellow/black wire is ground and the other color wire is posistive....if done correctly u should see fuel pumping out of the injector...be sure your fuel pump is on too (ign on)...
