I'm also running a cm stage 5, 3puck unsprung... been driving it on the streets and the track for over 1 1/2 years with no problems.... Tranny and clutch is holding up fine. You just have to get use to slipping it alittle more than normal to take off smoothly on the streets.

um no, ive seen plenty of street cars hold fine with the stage 5.

Yes... the unsprung center will make it more difficult to drive smoothly on the streets, but you'd likely get used to it.

We run it on our crx turbo as daily driver here in Germany. After a short breakin time it is fine.

Dam, that's exactly what I didn't want to hear... I'm putting in a new setup and pushing for 550whp, was hoping to keep the clutch for awhile.

just adapt to new driving tec, aint nothing wrong with it once you get rolling. Its just at the light you gotta adapt to the take off w/propper gas, clutch release. Youll get used to it.......
