Default I am kind of stuck on how to go about my setup

Alright I am very new to forced induction but really want to turbo charge my b16a3...I was wondering what you guys think....have a shop fabricate a kit or just buy a kit....and if buy a kit...which one would be the best of the bunch? I want a intercooled setup also if that makes a difference with 3200 dollars to spend...

just buy a kit. With $3200 you can afford a RevHard kit + hondata + injectors. Do it right.

If you pay a shop to fabricate the whole kit, I would estimate you would burn up at least 1/2 of your budget on labor alone.

and then you can shell out for engine managment, injectors, fuel pump, and labor

just piece a kit together, it's easy and much much cheaper

Full race kit is no doubt the nicest kit out there right now, but it's not for everyone. Your $3,200 budget is about to change to 6k+ easily , it's up to you, your goals, and your budget. Whatever you do dont let a shop fab you a kit, they will rape you on labor. You yourself said you were a Fi noob, so maybe you should take one step at a time, afterall it's not exactly a walk in the park .
