Default hytech turbo kit @ 1 bar

1.8 gsr motor/custom precision spec turbo/14.7 psi boost/motec

motor is assembled and tuned by me.

this run was done on race gas as a safety precaution, since i was tuning the motec from scratch. on the street i run the same boost, but with a little less timing. i'm sure the graph could be cleaned up some more, but i had another car i needed to tune, so i stopped where i was at. theres a couple of things i need to do before i crank the boost up to 30+ psi.

Do my eyes decieve me? A dyno sheet with the Hytech exhaust manifold Nice numbers and powerband. I assume you are still using GSR camshafts? Is it a straight T4 or T3/T04?

good to see you've finally finished. Very good choice of products and let us now what the datalogs show for IATs during normal driving so we can see how that Laminova performs. This is a street car right?

Congrats Andy, how are you liking the motec? You have the m800, right? That thing almost does too much stuff!!

i love motec there's so many things i like about it that cannot be quantified by a dyno or a timeslip. like the way it sounds at idle, the way it revs to redline, or the way the two step builds boost effortlessly w/o popping. i gotta take some pictures of my plugs to show you guys. they don't come out black and sooty like most plugs i see.

I found doing the m800 was a lot more involved than the m4pro. in fact, i still don't have all the kinks worked out yet. tony, on monday, i'm going to send you my cam gear to have it modified.

A big thanks goes out to everyone on the board who has helped me. also, for anyone in the norcal bay area looking to dyno, modacar is a great place to go.

DAMN, those are some badass numbers. Can't wait to see the graph at 30! That cars gotta be sick to drive.

This is the first dyno i've seen tuned w/ Motec. I heard that's not the easiest thing to work with.

Great numbers and GREAT JOB BTW!

here's a picture of one plug from my motor. i can't say i'm a plug reading expert, but i think it looks pretty good. these plugs have about 20 dyno runs on them, 6 drag strip passes and about 400 miles of street/highway driving.
