Yes,I think so..The multi-sparking will clean up the idle too because instead of firing one spark every rev like stock it throws 3 or more over a 20 degrees crank duration every rev while under 3000-3300rpm.

will a MSD ignition help me remove flat spots in the rev range? around 3800-4300rpm

not unless its ignition related not fuel. What ecu are you running on the ZC? The fuel curves from the Si ECU will always have a flat spot. Try a ZC ecu or a Zdyne with ZC tune.
BTW-Idle should be smoother, quicker starts, better mileage.
