How to stop wheel hop in 2nd with a turbo car?
Everytime I shift to 2nd, my wheel hops throughout 2nd gear. Anyone know any tricks to stop this? Its annoying and causes me to lose a lot of time...
Also any recommendation on tires? Because I spin all of 1st, 2nd, and some of 3rd.
BTW, they are the stock MICHELINE crap that is on all the SI rims. I am looking for tires with lots of grip but is still streetable.

Solid motor mounts always worked for me.
Fill the stock ones with urethane if you can bear the vibration.

What are you doing for your suspension? Some good shocks will help keep the front wheels planted to the ground.
An LSD will help for sure, but you are paying $800 or so for a good one, so I'm not sure how much you are willing to spend to better your problems.
I'd say some good shocks like Koni, LSD and drag radials will cure almost any traction problem you're having. For regular tires, Bridestone S03 pole position are a good choice, but pricey.

U NEEED TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
from what I hear, best street tire out there is the falken azenis..
best street/race tire is the nitto 555R..
if u r crazy like me, then get the BFG g-force TA DR's.. they are by far the best tire but only last 5k miles.
I cant even chirp the tires shifting to 2nd full throttle w/ the BFG's.

I have motor mounts. And I have shocks. What is a good position to set the shocks at?

Softer in front and firmer in the rear should help you out a bit.
Plus if you have a front sway bar, take it off.
