How big is the downpipe and exhaust? Do you have any kind of power goal? Is it tuned with the "chipped ecu" or is it tuned on the safc? And what about the tubular manifold is 2.5 inch?

DOWN PIPE IS 3" AND THE EXHAUST IS 2.5" MY GOAL IS TO RUN 12 PSI DAILY DRIVEN WITH OUT BREAKING ANYTHING. ITS TUNED WITH THE SAFC, THE CHIP JUST RETARDS THE TIMMING FOR EVERY LBS OF BOOST IS WHAT I WAS TOLD I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT TURBO SO HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS.

WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF HP GOAL IN MIND,BUT 12LBS WILL BE FINE TO RUN DD.....but if i were you id GET IT TUNED by someone who knows what theyre doing on crome pro (through the ecu) or something like it..So...ditch the safc..get it tuned on crome or a similar program.

crome is a program that tuners use to program your ecu so that your car will actually run with boost...I know this is a rule but it will do you some good...Use the search feature at the top of your page..Its in red letters..Search for crome, cromepro, tuning..etc.. That'll tell you what it is..Or you can go to pgmfi.org

99 honda civic ex
97 gsr motor
9.5:1 srp pistons - step up to wisecos or whatever
JE premium rings
Eagle H-Beam connecting rods
T3-TO4E hybrid turbocharger - 50trim at the most, as 300+ whp spins w/o slicks
Super RFL blow off valve
MSD blaster coil, distributer cap, and wires - stay OEM, stay happy
B&M fuel pressure regulator - stay OEM, stay happy
Exedy clutch and 7.5 pound Exedy chromoly flywheel - no need for featherweight FW, unless you got it free like I did
Precision Turbo 440CC injectors go 550+ if you plan on 300+ whp
Polished 2.5 inch tubular manifold - do you mean 1.5"?
Chipped p72 ECU with OBD-1 conversion
Apexi SAFC-2 - unneeded if you pay for real tuning, which is the same cost as this
Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump
36"-10"-4" Treadstone front mount intercooler - 8" is big enough, but your choice

Change the bold, suggestion to the right of them. 9 psi with the 50 trim would be close to 300whp when Crome-tuned. FWIW, my bro bought a gsr with a revhard kit, 54trim, safc tuned w/fmu and 310cc's, stock internals. It put down 303whp at 9 psi. With a good condition GSR, 300whp is fine for stock internals.
