Just wondering how much boost to run and how much power could be made on chromeII, w/ a good tune -thanks

--d16y8 (fresh) bore .020 over, (hot tanked)
-crank polished and shaved,
-head cleaned and shaved,
-JE 75.5 mm pistons,
-Eagle rods,
-ARP head bolts,
-t28 turbo w/ interal wastegate,
-dsm 450s,
-2.5" exhaust no cat

250+ depnding on the tune. But who knows. Only one way to find out is to go dyno tune it.

haha im gonna get it dynoed but idk how much the turbo maxes out at or the injectors i do kno dseries when tuned/built properly can make some good numbers haha

that turbo is your biggest limiting factor. it jsut will not support much over 250-275ish

you shoudl really consider looking into a t3/t4 setup if you want more power than that. your motor coudl feesable with the proper tuning and good ecu handle about 350 safley. (injectors are too small for that) should NOT have shaved the head, jsut decked it to get it flat, and you need to look into a 3" exhaust system.

but with a few changes and a good ecu, clutch/flywheel and LSD you could do 350 as a Daily Driver.

im making 280 on pump gas at 13lbs on a t3t4 57trim so i know you can easy make 270 or so by 16lbs or so but you need some 550 or better injectors i think that turbo runs fine until you reach the 250ish mark with the internal gate wanting to spike.... good luck...
