how much power am i loosing?
Instead of the 180', 90',45' metal bends (from IM-IC-Compressor)I have them in plastic is that good?

Dont worry about it. Plastic vs Metal is not going to make that much of a difference. Some people will argue about heat dissapation properties but its not that significant.
