Default How much lbs/ft clutch should I get?

I've got a 2000 Accord with a '95 JDM H22A, Skunk2 cat-back, I'm looking at getting a t3/t4 turbo installed and running 9 PSI on stock internals, my car currently weighs around 2700 lbs, I'm curious how much torque should my clutch be able to handle with that much power? I'm trying to cap out at around 360HP.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm currently running a stock clutch and stock differential (it's a 99 prelude tranny, non-LSD) I'm buying a Quaife ATB differential and I'm getting an ATC clutch, but I don't want it to be too harsh on my axles, so I'm probably getting a street disk and extreme pressure plate, but that only handles around 280 lbs/ft torque, how much torque should I expect with this setup?

360 HP on stock H22 internalls = BOOM!!! Sooner than later. (Besides @ 9 PSI??? - whos tuning it???) Build it or blow it (up)...

Anyway to answer your? stage 4 is what id run. Itll still be enough after you rebuild...

Good luck though!!!

360HP is the end result that I'm looking for. Obviously at 9 PSI I'm not going to reach that on stock internals, I've got another H22 (99 USDM) in the garage waiting to send off for rebuild, I'd rather wait on spending $6k on that and just boost what's in there now and have room for more power in the future. 9 PSI on the JDM is the absolute highest I would go on stock internals.

And my question was torque, not which stage, you're thinking of clutch masters, not ACT, which is why I'm looking for a torque rating.

From what I've read in the other forum (most honda engines) put out about 66-80% torque of their HP, so I SHOULD be good around 280 torque if I max out in the long run around 360HP.

Um ya ok jerkwad ill go away...ha ha ha get over yourself!!!

as for the poster, ya man i aint tryin to rip on your idea...but ive got 280 tq at only like 270 WHP @ 10 psi in a SOHC vtec 2.2.... So id look at something a bit more than 280 ft/lbsfor your clutch if I were you. JMO... niot tryin to flame, theres enough of that **** on here....

As i mentioned before...good luck.
