Default How much HP is -6 fuel line good for

I want to do -6 cause it will be much easier to fit. How much HP is the -6 good for.

ive gone around 420-450whp in a dsm on a combo of stock fuel line and -6..which i believe have around the same ID

560ish here, will know next weekend after the cam change, 520 proven. duty's about70% ish? cant remember, bin is on tuning laptop.
stock lines to filter, -6 from filter to rail, through reg, and -6 to factory return.

-6AN is about the same size line as the factory hard line.

Its twice as big as my factory plastic lines. Then it should be good for 650whp, if i remember i seen stock honda lines support that high

A straight 6-AN line is plenty... I just did some reference check on some of the -6AN in/out fuel filters from Russell, Earl's, Summit, Aeromotive, etc... a 6-AN line easily flows 3-4 GPM @ 60 psi which is at least 680 to 900 LPH. Last time I recalled a 255 LPH Walbro pump supports at least 500+ WHP. It should be fairly safe to take the -6AN line up to 800+WHP range even factoring in some bends and stuff along the path

the gm ecotec racecars traping in the 180 mph range are running -6 fuel line. they are making over 850 to the tires.

we also run -6 on our car, making 800 to the tires on alcohol. we run a -12 to the filter/pump, after the pump its -6 to the rails/regulator/return
