How much have you spent on your car? :)
It just hit me the other day how much freakin money ive spent and i just wanna cry. By next week it will be $11,000 in the motor alone. another 2500 on other stuff.

Considering all the car costed me was $1500 Its not alot especially if I hit 400whp like I expect to.

i have spent a lot. Alot more then what you have so far. I don't like to post numbers or setup so I will just say a lot. My last civic that got stolen when I added everything up for ins it was about 26 grand. Thank god ins hooked me up and gave me the cost of a 92 civic 1500 bucks

I have seen many posts like this during my time here on honda-tech avg are going to be aroudn 5k for most basic kits and fuel upgrades to wild setup that run over 15k

I spent $10k for someone to build my last motor that didn't work, so now I have a big paper weight, and four $200 ashtrays that say "JE" on the bottom...
now I have about $15k on the new setup I did myself... and I still have to get an LSD, axles, etc... oh and I thought about upgrading breaks once...

I added it up the other day and i came up to about 20k with the car. I kind of regret it a little bit because i am gonna be shopping for a house soon and 20k would he a hell of nice down payment on a house but i just love they looks i get from people when i drive down the street becuase it kind of makes me thing it was worth it in the end.

yea, my car is on its 3rd or 4th paint job (cant remember, lol) 2nd bodykit (bomex biotch 
), 3rd set of rims, 2nd motor, 2nd interior, 3rd stereo system, 3rd hood, 2nd suspension setup, so yea, im now completely poor

i'm in the military and i probably devote too much money to my car considering the money that i make, but i see people living in the dorms rolling like brand new 20k cars all the time, so i dont feel too bad. SO many people just dont understand we spend this kind of money on our "little cars", but ya know what, i get more enjoyment out of my cars than anybody running around with that new explorer or whatever.

Exactly. " It's who we are, its what we do! " haha. My and my friend we just talking about these kids with 20-30k cars in college. Rich bastards! haha. Im not concerned about the cost. Its only money. you live once. Besides, im going to Iraq in August again, might not make it back, so live it up!

I'm including maoney that I "Waisted" on parts that have already been sold. . .like I bought parts, and decided i didnt like em, or wanted to upgrade. .
