ok just to let you know that you will not used a missing link with hondata and if you used the stock map sensor you will not be able to go past 12psi because you will get a cel have fun

Yeap, you can sell that missing link.
But you will need a 3bar map sensor to run over 11-12psi.

I run 14.9 pounds on the stock map sensor. A 3 bar is not nessasary unless you want more.

I have a 3mm headgasket and blockguard on a stock bottom end b16 and have run up to 21psi so far on pump 93 octane. Stock bottom end is usually good for ~300whp.

It's not a question of how much power it can take. It's how much power it can take and last a while reliably.

You don't seem to understand. PSI is basically meaningless (other than map sensor and turbo efficency) with a thicker headgasket/ARP's theres no reason you couldn't make ~350whp safely...But you will need a 3bar map sensor (as it will take over ~11psi) and larger injectors. with the injectors you have you will be limited to ~+/- 300whp.

about 300 , I have seen more, but I would be far too nervous to drive it like that everyday.

252whp @ ~7psi , runs great.
with that gasket and studs, i'd go for 10psi, should be able to make some good #'s as long as the motor is @ good compression already.

i have a pretty close setup and put down 217 whp on the mustang dyno with a b16 at 7psi and tom said that was good power for only 7psi. but from what i have been told the motors open deck is the weak point at 300whp.

a guy here in town (tucson) who i am cool with runs a custom set up consiting of mainly inline pro goodies, has his pretty much stock b16 block (3mm headgasket and a blockguard) tuned and runs 17 pounds....like i said all on a pretty much stock block...tuning is the key

Re: how much boost can i safely push on my stock b16 block with this setup (hybrid93SIvic)
research i have been doing , i seen 5th gen hatchs like mine with full interior and same set up pretty much ... they tuned in at like 260whp and on drag radials ran 12.4!!!!! another guy on here with stock b16 and just the bolt on drag gen 3 turbo ran 12.5 with slicks............ all iam shootin for is 12's.... iam pretty confident,
how much diff is a mustang dyno from a normal dyno jet???? how much hp can i add on to my dyno after Tom's done with my car?????
T-minus 5 days......

The guys who have said that the power matters and not boost pressure are right. For more information, check this out:
http://users.wpi.edu/~ktarry/d....html
On the stock map sensor you can't run more than 11 psi, regardless of power level. Above that the stock MAP sensor goes static, and you'll lean out.
