how much boost can i run on dsm 440,s
im currently getting my built block installed and hoping to run 15 psi mabye a little more
i will be going to get tuned in like a month

fueling needs are directly proportional to horsepower. Actually you can calculate pretty accurately how much horsepower you have by looking at how much fuel is being dumped an what AFR you have. Fuel curve matches the HP curve as well as long as the AFR is the same.
SOooooooo, 440cc has nothing to do with PSI. 440cc's are good for around 280-300whp staying at a good duty cycle and safe AFR's so as long as you don't want more then 280whp don't worry about larger injectors.

yes i suggest you get a bigger one like 650cc or even 750cc cause later on u would wanna boost more

i blew a sleeve with dsm 450s at stock fuel pressure and about 325-340whp
