Default How much boost can a Honda head gasket hold?

I'm Running a 95 B18B integra W/ turbo. I just built the bottom end. I have 9.2:1 Comp. pistons, resurfaced head and block ARP head Studs, and a Stock honda head gasket just ran at the track last night for the first time since built and ran 15 psi my quickest time was 14.1 @ 106 and I blew my head gasket on the 2nd cylinder. I'm wondering why? My ARP head studs are torqued to 62 lbs stock honda spec, the ARP directions said use Factory torque specs, what happened can any one help? I've been told by a reliable tuning shop that I should be able to hand at least 20 psi of boost. ? is this reasonable?

Thanks Justin
